I bought this hoping for a smaller pouch from my shoe wallet pouch for my Nike+ sensor. After 2 days of trouble shooting and frustration, I figured out this pouch blocks or prevents the sensor from transmitting the signal to my iPhone. I tried every possible way to place this on my shoe to make it work but no luck. Went back to my old pouch and my Nike+ worked perfectly. My husband tried the Nathan on his shoe during his run and he had the same problems. I don't know why it works for the other people leaving reviews but had no luck in this household.
